Terms and Policies


Currently, we only ship to receiving addresses in the contiguous US.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

For furniture shipment, we use licensed, insured carriers experienced in furniture delivery (i.e. Plycon Transportation, Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery, etc.) who will blanket wrap each item (unless crating is required).  Shipping and delivery cost is shown during the check-out process.  Some items may require special instructions to ensure their protection (for example, we will request that mirrors or items with glass be crated and have factored that into the shipping cost).  We will contact a shipping provider within two business days of purchase to request a quote.  All items on our site are in our possession and available for pick-up as soon as the carrier's schedule allows - this is usually around 7-10 business days from the time we make an agreement with a carrier.  Delivery time will vary based on location and carrier scheduling.  There can be multiple steps in white glove delivery and the estimated timeframe from order to delivery is four to six weeks.

If you would like to make your own arrangements for furniture pick-up and delivery by a reputable carrier please contact us prior to purchase.  We are able to accommodate this request in most cases.  

We ship most accessories/non-furniture items via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.  We typically ship these items within two business days of purchase.  Delivery time will vary based on location, but in most cases should arrive within one week from shipment.  We will provide a tracking number of each item shipped via FedEx.  

We are unable to accept returns on furniture, pillows or throws.  Please read descriptions and check dimensions before purchasing.  If you would like additional photos or have any questions about a particular item please feel free to contact us.  

For local clients (the Triangle area), we do allow items to be placed in your home for a brief period.  Items can be returned for a refund if the item is returned to us in the condition it was received.  Delivery charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for any return delivery charges.  We offer complimentary local delivery for items that safely fit into our own vehicle.  

All items on our site are photographed by us and are of the actual product available for purchase; we do not use stock photos.  If you would like to see photos from other angles of any particular piece please let us know.

We collect sales tax in the state of NC; if we are shipping outside of NC, we do not charge sales tax.

Customer privacy is important to us and we will never share your contact information with anyone other than a shipping provider.  We may send an occasional email with information about upcoming sales or events, but you may unsubscribe from those emails if you do not wish to receive them.
